NOLO VR

NOLO by LYRobotics is a motion tracking system for mobile VR headsets. It is compatible with Android devices and Mobile VR headsets, and claims to be SteamVR compatible. NOLO began on KickStarter, backers paying as little as $89 for the entire set(MSRP $149).

NOLO is meant to be an affordable positional tracking system with controllers that emulate the functionality of Vive's SteamVR controllers. The system is wireless, has 4 hours of battery life, and also claims to have low latency. They aim to make the passive VR experience associated with mobile VR into an active one.
